RETURN POLICY

Due to Items being made to order there are no returns or exchanges at this time, all sales are final. 


SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Processing typically takes 1-3 Weeks to prepare for shipping. Processing times may vary depending on inventory on hand or our card verification procedures.

Pure Loyalty Apparel items are made-to-order so it can take around 1-3 weeks to be prepared. Due to high demand, available materials and limited man power, you may experience longer wait times.

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL and may take 7-10 days to arrive.

Please note that the shipping method you choose DOES NOT include the processing time. This includes those who select 3-5 day shipping.

Also, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier and will not refund shipping costs due to matters out of our control.

Some orders may experience delays due to COVID-19.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
